Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required
How to Return
- Contact us at info@magicpens.com or call +1 778 318 6683 to initiate your return.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization number within 1 business day.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your Return Authorization number.
- Ship the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that have been opened and used
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
